Principles and values to which we have committed ourselves, and laws and regulations accompany this journey. Our Code of Conduct underlines this ambition by providing guidelines for integer and responsible behaviour. It is the compass for our daily work and important decisions.

TenneT also has certain expectations regarding the conduct and integrity of its service providers and suppliers. For this purpose, TenneT has published a Supplier Code of Conduct which formulates our expectations and forms part of our contracts with suppliers.

TenneT can only be successful with an open, transparent and honest corporate culture. We can make mistakes if we learn from them. In this way, we can further develop ourselves and grow as an organization. However, this can only be achieved if we identify, analyze and remedy misconduct at an early stage. With our Speak Up portal, we offer a secure and anonymous tool for reporting potential misconduct and compliance violations.

For an organization like TenneT, it is essential to act in compliance with the law, with integrity and transparency, and in accordance with our internal rules. Through trust, integrity and responsible conduct, we prevent material and reputational damage to our company, employees, business partners and stakeholders.

Misconduct must be identified at an early stage and dealt with and stopped as quickly as possible. For this purpose, TenneT offers a secure and - if desired - anonymous system for internal and external reporters of compliance violations. Here, suspected misconduct can be reported without fear of negative consequences.

The Speak Up portal provides a secure tool where all information and personal data is protected. The identity of reporters is guaranteed by technical measures. All tips and reports are treated with strict confidentiality. A secure online mailbox also provides the opportunity to make yourself available (also anonymously) for queries and thus actively participate in the clarification process.
