TenneT issued €1,000,000,000 Fixed-to-Floating Rate Perpetual Capital Securities in 2020 and €1,100,000,000 in 2024.
2017/2018 (hybrid) bonds
In April 2017, TenneT Holding B.V. issued EUR 1 billion of subordinated (hybrid) bonds. In August 2018, the EIB has purchased EUR 100 million hybrid securities which are consolidated and form a single series with TenneT’s hybrid Securities programme launched in April 2017. These bonds are listed on Euronext Amsterdam. On the 9th of April 2024, TenneT Holding B.V. gave notice to the securityholders to exercise the call-option of this Hybrid on the 31st of May of 2024. 2020 (hybrid) bonds
In July 2020, TenneT Holding B.V. issued EUR 1 billion of subordinated (hybrid) bonds. These bonds are listed on Euronext Amsterdam.
2024 (hybrid) bonds
In March 2024, TenneT Holding B.V. issued EUR 1.1 billion of subordinated (hybrid) bonds in two tranches of each EUR 550 million. These bonds are listed on Euronext Amsterdam.
